Made an appointment and today they came out and leveled it. We were farther out than expected but got it corrected. The team was very efficient knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. He listened to us regarding a concern that we had over poor drainage in the back of the house. He assured us that he would be able to make it look right. We... read moreWe used Top Notch for our skirting (following an inferior leveling by another company several years ago)...when time came to level again--we knew to call Top Notch and Chris!!! We are finally level, aligned with no squeaks, soft spots or cracks! Bolts tightened from above so no leaks! He has called to make sure we haven't noticed any issues and they will come back out to inspect their work in 2 weeks and we have a guarantee! Unlike so many companies, Chris has been doing this a long time with the same company name and phone number! Not like others that do inferior work & change their name. We will never use anybody else! read less
